Important Information About Insurance
We have insurance experts on staff to ensure each and every patient will be given the correct financial information before therapy is started. They will contact your insurance company prior to your first visit to obtain the following information:
• Your IV infusion benefit coverage
• Your out-of-pocket costs, if any
• Your maximum benefit for the fiscal or calendar year
• If a prior authorization is needed
• If your provider is in-network for our services
If you have already received this information please let our intake specialist know. Our office staff will do our best to verify your eligibility and benefits; however it is ultimately your responsibility to obtain this information.
Some health insurance companies require that you see a network provider to be eligible for full benefits. In the event that we are not contracted with your insurance company, we will suggest alternatives that might provide more robust coverage for you or your family.
