I have been a business owner my entire life and am always keenly aware of others and where they may fall short or excel. I believe the owner(s) of this company should take GREAT pride in what they have created and the people who make it all happen. It should come as quite a compliment when my only suggestion for improvement(s) is to consider the use of a different kind of ziplock bag with a slide instead of a press-and-seal.
